President’s Message

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who contributed to the outstanding success of MPower 2026, held February 18–19 at the Palais des congrès de Montréal. This landmark event highlighted Master’s commitment to collaboration, innovation, and excellence across the nation.

MPower 2026 brought together our sales force, leadership team, customers, suppliers, partners, and industry leaders for two days of memorable learning, networking, and knowledge-sharing.

The theme of this edition — Change. Adapt. Evolve. — perfectly reflected the realities of our industry. In a world where technology, customer expectations, and regulations are constantly evolving, success depends not only on expertise but also on our ability to embrace change, adapt with agility, and evolve to shape the future of HVAC-R.

MPower 2026 provided ideas, tools, and connections to turn challenges into opportunities and build the future of our industry together.

We are already looking forward to MPower 2027, where we will continue to innovate, collaborate, and inspire our community.
